Mega Anchor is an innovative building foundation system made in Australia. The anchor and top is produced from mild steel and hot dipped galvanized. The riser and piles used to secure the anchor and top are a standard 32mm nbxl galvanised tube.
The system is quick and easy to install as there are no post holes to be dug and the site requires minimal preparation. The stumps are fully height adjustable, lightweight and easily transported. Use of this system leaves under floor area neat and tidy, maximizing space for access to install duct work and other services. There is no excavation required.

This is an environmentally friendly product as no heavy machinery is needed for installation. All materials used are non-polluting and impervious to termites. They are removable, re-usable and recyclable.
Mega Anchor’s superior geometric configuration supports vertical, lateral, downward and uplift forces.
Superior Geometric Configuration
Load tests conducted on a single Mega Anchor driven to refusal has a capacity in excess of 3 tonnes with no settlement. Full load bearing immediately after installation.

Engineering Computations have to be completed before the installation of the Mega Anchor. The result of soil tests and other engineering specifications determine the required length of the piles that are driven into the ground to secure the Mega Anchor.
Tools required for the installation of Mega Anchor:
An electric jack hammer (1700w)
A generator with a 2.5 kva capacity and
A cordless drill.
A tool is available for purchase to fit all electric jack hammers to drive the piles that secure the Mega Anchor to the ground.
